Something funny and interesting

Today went to Sunway Pyramid for dinner with Audrey. Before Audrey reached the mall, my phone battery died. I had to communicate with Audrey to meet her when she got there. Urgh.. My phone always run out of battery when there's important stuff! Hmmpph!

Luckily Pyramid has this machine which allows people to charge their battery. I always saw this machine hiding at the corner on the way to a washroom at the top-most floor near Adidas (New wing orange atrium there). But, I've never tried them.

So, this time, with full of hope and anxiety, I tried to charge my battery with the machine.

It's really easy.

1. Press the last 4 digit of your hp number
2. Press open/close button at the top part
3. Throw your battery in (hehe.. not throw la.. Place it properly)
4. Press open/close button again
5. Throw in RM1 worth of coins
6. It will then start charging
7. Go somewhere shopping around for 5-20 minutes (Don't worry, nobody can steal your battery because they need to type in the 4 digits before opening the feeder)
8. Come back and press the 4 digits
9. Press open/close button and collect your battery

Isn't it easy?

After dinner, we went for grocery shopping at Jusco. And something shocked me.

A sanitary pad which can be washed? @.@

What you mean by "easy to wash"? That's so unhygienically gross! Eww!

Flower of Happiness

Work had been really tedious lately that I had to go to work on weekends. Plus my bro had appendicitis 2 weeks ago and had been suffering from infection at the wound. Life had been so tedious and tiring. So I merely have time for myself to draw one of those many drawings.

One or two weeks before this, I started to put the photo of daisies I've taken some time ago as the wallpaper of my handphone. Throughout the 2 weeks, I have been looking at the wallpaper whenever I have time. And I have always been picturing in my mind on and off, especially how the pastel should define the petals.

2 days ago, I've finally squeeze some time in the late Saturday morning to sit down and started drawing the flowers that I have been imagining over and over again in my head. Two and half hours later, unbelievably my first creation had been done! 2.5 hours only! I was really surprised.

However, the drawing is not as in depth as Van Gogh's copy. That's why I can finish it within short time. Although not really satisfied with the depth and the level of details of the drawing, this is my very first drawing! Not a copy from any paintings! =) So I've gotta love it. Right? Hehe..

Flowers of Happiness

P/S: I don't know how to copyright this drawing. But because this is my first drawing, I feel like protecting it. Hehe. So I put a © at my drawing. Hehe...

Starry Night Over the Rhone

Here comes my second piece of Van Gogh's drawing copy.

Starry Night Over the Rhone

The main character of this drawing is actually not the stars, but the reflection of the lights. So I try to make it looks as bright as possible.

Anyone interested to buy this drawing?

Selling self-drawn Starry Night drawing

I'm thinking if I want to sell off my drawing, would someone be interested to buy it? LoL!

Anyway, this picture I proudly duplicated from Van Gogh's Starry Night is sitting pathetically in a corner of my room, rolled nicely. Why would I say proudly? I used 100% Buncho 48 crayons (the red box) to produce this piece when at the beginning I didn't believe I could make it with so limited colour choices! That is why I think this drawing is very precious and special. =)

Just a thought someone might like Starry Night just like I do. =P

Talk about drawing, I feel like continue drawing again. =) Gonna choose another famous drawing from Van Gogh. =) I just love his post impressionist way of drawing! =)
